Functions for the Active Article (Context Menu)
A large part of the editing and processing functions for Articles can be found in the context menu of article items in search result lists (Find > Simple search > 
Articles), of items in the Articles tab, or of article items in the Objects tab of the HELiOS Desktop.
Article context menu 
The menu is divided in the areas General, Assignments, Input and Output. At the bottom of then menu you will find the Delete function for articles.
The functions can also be found in the Ribbon of the article detail window.
Please note:
- If you mark several articles in a list, this will restrict the number of available functions.
- Individual functions can be greyed out, depending on the permissions defined during user login and the licensed module that is used.
