Remove Assignments to HELiOS

You have the following options to delete assignments between catalogue entries and HELiOS article master data:

Delete all assignments of a table

Select the required table in the tree structure on the left hand side.
Click the icon on the toolbar of the Catalogue Editor. All assignments of the table to HELiOS are deleted.

Delete all assignments of a catalogue

Select the required catalogue in the tree structure on the left hand side.
Click the icon on the toolbar of the Catalogue Editor. All assignments of the catalogue and its sub-catalogues to HELiOS are deleted.

Delete assignments of individual records

Open the required table and select the required records.
Right-click on the number (1st column) of a selected record and select Remove existing assignment.

Please note:

When you delete Factory standard catalogues or tables in Factory standard catalogues, existing assignments to HELiOS will be removed automatically.
To enable deleted assignments to be restored when the corresponding catalogue entries are transferred to HELiOS again, you can activate the option Enable assignment of formerly assigned articles in the Settings. If this is not active, deleted assignments will not be restored when they are retransmitted.
