Create New Record

This option enables you to create a new record.

  1. If you want to derive values from an existing record, select the appropriate record. The selected record data are then displayed in a timetable dialogue box.. If you do not want to detect values from an existing record, it is immaterial which record is currently displayed.
  2. When you click New, a dialogue box containing an entry field for the Type designation of the new record is displayed.
  3. Specify the Type designation and select OK. If a record with the given Type designation already exists in a record, a corresponding message appears .In this case, confirm the message and select New again and enter a valid Type designation..

If you are unable to derive values for the new record from the previous record, click the Clear button to remove the content of entry fields in the Table dialogue box. Enter values for the new record in the Value column of the Table dialogue box.
