To load GAF files created with the Technovision system, activate the function, select .GAF as file format and select the required file.
Please note:
During Technovision import specific combinations of colours and line widths will be mapped to specific HiCAD colours. For this purpose, 60 Drawing colours (20 colour tones, each in 3 line widths) will be created during import of a GAF file. If no colour index has been indicated (-1), the colour selection will be made according to the line type.
This takes place via the system file /material/M_GAFImport.FRD, which can also be customized.
A colour index of >100 is not suitable for 2-D edges, because these are not printed.
GAF files can also be opened via the HiCAD Start Centre.
