Edit/Change Constraints

2-D Part > 2-D HCM Constraints > Edit

If you click below the Edit button in the 2-D HCM Constraints function group, a pull-down with additional functions appears. The Modification and Information sections of the menu contain the following functions:

Function		Description
	Move dimension line	This function enables you to re-position dimension lines in the HCM. Select the relevant dimension and choose a new end point for the dimension lines.
	Change chirality	Chirality is an additional constraint enabling you to change the mirror-inversion of distance and tangential constraints.
	Change dimensional constraints	Identify the dimension and enter the new value or a variable, in which case you need to specify the value of the variable in question. Furthermore, you can also enter a formula. Once you have entered the value/formula, the HCM model is calculated with this new value and adjusted accordingly.
	Information, Constraints of geometry	This function displays constraints of individual geometry elements.
	Information, Geometries of constraint	This function enables you to activate/deactivate the geometry information displays of an HCM model, either individually or together.
