Attributes to be Updated

If referenced parts have part attributes which are not to be updated on a regular basis, the synchronization can also take place in a specific, targeted way. This behaviour can be determined in the Configuration Editor at System settings > Referencing > Synchronization of attributes.

Click the button to show a list with attributes that will be updated after modifications.

 

For instance, if you want to use item texts and want that they will always be updated after modifications, you need to add the attribute for the item text here.

To do this, scroll to the end of the list, double-click in the empty row and, after a click on the arrow symbol (1), choose the desired attribute, e.g. $PTXT (2).

In this way you can add further attributes. Then click OK to close the dialogue window.
