Paste from Clipboard
Use the key combination CTRL+V to activate the Paste from clipboard menu. The functions of this menu enable you to insert the contents of the Windows clipboard into the HiCAD drawing:
- Texts
Texts in the clipboard can be pasted as OEM or Unicode texts into the drawing. After entering the line spacing and specifying the insertion point, the text will be added, as an auxiliary object with the name TXTAZWAB, to the 2-D part structure. - Pixel and vector graphics (in EMF)
Specify the position and size of the graphic by drawing a rectangle via the definition of two diagonally opposite corner points. The graphic will be inserted as a 2-D part with the name _B_M_P__. - Excel tables
Specify the position of the table. The table will be added, as a part with the name TABLE, to the 2-D part structure.
