JACOB Pipe Systems - Connection Type
Although the pull-ring connections are not identical with the technically similar bolted flange connections, the flanged JACOB variants have been appropriately declared as such via the connection type attribute (20000). This declaration provides you with functionalities that are also useful for pull-ring connections.
Please note however that flanged parts cannot be connected to normal flanges without additional measures. For such a transition between different connection systems you can use the following variants of the JACOB series:
- JACOB Connecting flange with loose flange (DIN 24154, T2)
- JACOB Adapter with loose flange (DIN 24154, T2)
- JACOB Flange (DIN 24154, T2)
- JACOB Connecting flange
- JACOB Spout (round to square)
The JACOB variants with loose flanges or fixed flanges are, as can be expected, equipped with the connection type attribute 20000 and can be connected to flanged pipe parts via the two first components in the above list.
