New Drawing with Database, Assign Article Master
Drawing > New/Open > Assign 
This function enables you to assign a new document master and existing part data to a drawing via the article search. Select the required article master and assign it to the drawing with OK.
After assigning the article master, the document data input mask will be displayed. Some of the fields will be filled in automatically, e.g.Date etc.
The entries in the fields Article number and Designation will be shown in the Properties window of the ICN and in the Bill of Materials. The Document No. can be entered manually or generated automatically with the generation program (genummer.exe in the ...\exedirectory).
