The Others function group of the HELiOS PDM tab contains the following functions:

Creates a new article master - with no link to a graphic or a document. |

Check HELiOS links, active part + drawing When you call this function HELiOS will check whether the links of the active parts are correct. It will be checked whether the article master for the active part and the document master of the model drawing are correctly linked to each other. If the part in question is a main part, it will also be checked whether the article master of the main part is correctly linked to the document masters of geometry and model drawing. If any incorrect or missing links are detected, appropriate messages will be displayed, and you will be asked if you wish to create the correct link(s) now, e.g.: 3-D main assembly/main part has a different article master assignment than the model drawing.Do you want the 3-D main assembly/main part to obtain the article master of the model drawing? This message shows you that the article master of the active main part does not match the one that is linked to the document of the model drawing. If you confirm with Yes, the article master of the model drawing will be correctly linked to the active main part. The previous, incorrect assignment will be removed. Click

Article master sync when saving Use this function to specify which HiCAD part attributes are to be synchronized with which HELiOS article master data. These attributes will then be synchronized upon each saving.
