Jumps to the catalogue that was selected in the structure tree after the currently active catalogue.

New catalogue

Creates a new catalogue see Menu Bar, Extras

New table

Creates a new table. see Menu Bar, Extras

New record

Creates a new record in the current table.

Save

Saves the current table after modifications/extensions.

Sort

The record table is re-sorted, according to the sort values selected and their sequence.

Transfer to HELiOS, New creations without given article numbers allowed

The catalogue marked on the left hand side of the Catalogue Editor will be transferred to the HELiOS Article Master Management, i.e. an assignment to HELiOS will be created. This applies to all data records of the tables in the catalogue.

Transfer to HELiOS, New creations only with given article numbers

The catalogue marked on the left hand side of the Catalogue Editor will be transferred to the HELiOS Article Master Management. This does however only apply to data records that meet the following conditions:

• The table contains one column that is linked with the attribute HEL_Sachnummer (HEL_ARTICLENUMBER).
• The data record contains a value in this column, i.e. the field is not empty.

During transfer, the specified article number will be searched in HELiOS first. As soon as it is found, the data record will be linked to the corresponding part in HELiOS. This will however only function if the part does not belong to any other data record from the catalogue, otherwise an error message will be issued. If no article number is found, a new HELiOS entry with the entered article number will be created.

Transfer to HELiOS, No new creations

The catalogue marked on the left hand side of the Catalogue Editor will be transferred to the HELiOS Article Master Management. This does however only apply to data records that meet the following conditions:

• The table contains one column that is linked with the attribute HEL_Sachnummer (HEL_ARTICLENUMBER).
• The data record contains a value in this column, i.e. the field is not empty.

During transfer, the specified article number will be searched in HELiOS first. As sson as it is found, the data record will be linked to the corresponding part in HELiOS. This will however only function if the part does not belong to any other data record from the catalogue, otherwise an error message will be issued. If no article number is found, no HELiOS entry will be created.

Remove assignment to HELiOS

Removes the link to HELiOS for the table or catalogue selected from the tree structure shown on the left hand side. This applies to all records of the tables or the catalogue, respectively.

Undo/Redo

Every change of the current record table is recorded for the Undo and Redo function. The number of Undo steps is limited to 25. The Undo function cancels the last command; the Redo function restores the undone command.

Copy

The currently selected item is copied to the clipboard.

Paste

Inserts the contents of the clipboard.

Opens the Help file of the Catalogue Editor (Key = F1)
