Transfer Catalogue Entries to HELiOS
You have the following options to transfer catalogue entries to HELiOS:

Transfer entire tables
- Select the required table in the tree structure on the left hand side.
- Select Extras > Table, then select the desired Transfer to HELiOS function. Alternatively, you can also use the corresponding button on the Toolbar for this. All transferred records of the table are highlighted.
Transfer entire catalogues
- Select the required catalogue in the tree structure on the left hand side.
- Select Extras > Catalogue, then select the desired Transfer to HELiOS function. Alternatively, you can also use the corresponding button on the Toolbar for this. Transferred will all sub-catalogues and sub-tables of the catalogue. All transferred records are highlighted.
Transfer individual records
- Open the required table and select the required records.
- Right-click the number (1st column) of a selected record and select in the context menu the Transfer to HELiOS function.
- If you want to assign existing HELiOS article master data, select the Assign HELIOS part master function in the context menu. The HELiOS article search is started.
Please note:
- If records of the table already exist in HELiOS, an error message will be issued.
Errors:
TEST45 : TEST45A : 1 : Datensatz ist im Helios vorhanden, Änderung nicht möglich.
[TEST45 : TEST45A : 1 : Record available in HELiOS, change not possible.]

- The transfer to HELiOS can also be performed with the function of the context menu that you open with a right-click on a data record, a table or a catalogue.
