In the pull-down menu of the button at the top right of the HELiOS Mask Editor you can find the following functions:

With this function call you will be redirected to the support portal of ISD Group, where you can create a support ticket.

After calling up the function, simply log in to my-ISD with your access data. You will then automatically be in the ISD Support Portal. Simply fill out the form, attach files if necessary and then click on Create request.

For problems that require support from the ISD Group, you can access the TeamViewer tool for remote access and remote support by clicking on Remote maintenance.

This opens an info window that displays information about HELiOS Desktop, such as the current HELiOS version number (including build number) and the number of any hotfixes installed.
