Show/Hide Beam + Profile Axes

Steel Engineering > Further functions > Settings > Beam/profile axes...

The functions of the Show/Hide beam/profile axes menu enable you to update beam axes and tracing lines.

This is useful, for example, if you have processed beams using a HiCAD 3-D function, as the beam axes and tracing lines are not then adjusted accordingly

Tracing lines have a standardised distance from the beam border and represent the position of boltings.

	Individually Individual steel engineering parts are updated here. Identify the desired steel engineering parts. When you select the function, the Representation dialogue window will be displayed.   Specify the required settings and identify the desired Steel Engineering parts.
	All All displayed auxiliary lines, i.e. all axes and tracing lines, are updated. This is useful if you have edited a large number of beams. Please note that updating all auxiliary lines requires increased computation, particularly in the case of larger drawings.

You can also update auxiliary lines of individual parts via the context menu for beams. In this context menu, choose the Axes+Texts ON/OFF function and activate the desired checkboxes as required.
