Remove Part Assignments of Pipe Part Symbols

P+ID > Pipeline Symbol > Edit > Remove part assignment of pipe part symbols

This function enables you to delete the assignments of all pipe part symbols to a pipeline.

1. First identify a pipeline symbol belonging to the appropriate pipeline.

All symbols belonging to the pipeline are highlighted and HiCAD expects you to confirm your command.

You are prompted to select a different pipeline.

• Cancel

Abandons the function.

• Yes

HiCAD issues a security prompt: "Really remove part assignment?"

If you respond with Yes, all part symbol assignments to pipeline symbols on the active pipeline are removed. HiCAD displays the number of symbols whose part assignments have been removed, and highlights the symbols.

Select No or Cancel to abandon the function.
