Most of the Further Tools (Punch, Mould, Emboss) and Standard Processings (Bores, Threads...) holes can be inserted as single or several holes on a linear, polar or radial grid. Once you have selected the tool or processing to be inserted, the Grid menu will be shown . If you select the sheet main part instead of a sheet flange, you can insert various processings (e.g. holes) along all flanges of the part.
Standard parts spanning several flanges can be modified via the feature log.
The following options are available:

Individual |
Inserts a single tool/processing. No further insertion menu will appear. |

Linear |
Inserts several tools/processings in linear arrangement. You define the number of tools/processings and their distance from one another in the Linear fitting menu, as follows: Fitting point: Defines the reference point of the punch pattern. This point is used to position the punch. nx, ny: Defines the number of punches in x-/y-direction. dx, dy: Defines the distance of the punches in x-/y-direction. You can specify the value individually for each row.

Even |
Inserts several punching holes in linear arrangement on an axis (between 2 points). In this way, you can, for example, insert linear bore rows along a beam or profile axis. You can choose between two different procedures - Number and Distance - from a list box. The standard processing pattern is aligned on an axis defined by two points. |

Polar |
Inserts several punching holes in polar arrangement. The fitting point is the midpoint of the circle. n: Number of standard processings d: Diameter of the circle sa, aa: Start angle and aperture angle |

Radial |
The selected punching tool is inserted several times and circularly on a cylindrical surface. The fitting point is always the midpoint of the circle here. n: Number of standard processings sa, aa: Start angle and aperture angle If you have entered all the values, you still need to identify a cylindrical surface before fitting. |

: Aligns the punches evenly in x-/y-direction. The distance
of the row/column displayed in field dx/dy is applied to all standard
parts in x-/y-direction.
