Project: HiCAD Plant Engineering

Part Data Synchronisation via Command Line

Part data synchronisation via command line should only be performed by experienced users!

You can also start the part data synchronisation via the Windows command line. For this you use the program

in the HiCAD subdirectory EXE.

After starting the program the Part data AutoSync window will be displayed. Please note that the Plant Engineering mode checkbox is active here. This option needs to be set for the part data synchronisation of Plant Engineering variants!

Automated processes

The control of the program via command line is useful for the definition of automated processes.

If the program PartDataAutoSync.exe is started via parameters from the command line, it depends on the parameter specification whether the Plant Engineering mode checkbox in the Part data AutoSync dialogue will be active or inactive.
