Delete Text

2-D Dimensioning + Text > Edit (Text) > Delete text

Use this function to delete texts by identifying the desired text in the vicinity of its reference point (insertion point). Alternatively, you can right-click the text and select the Delete function in the context menu. The text will be deleted immediately after its identification. Please note that the function cannot be applied to text blocks.

	Delete text, In rectangle Deletes all texts and text blocks located in a defined selection rectangle.
	Delete texts, Active part Deletes all texts and text blocks in the active part.
	Delete texts, Drawing Deletes all texts and text blocks in the complete drawing.

Delete tags
	Delete part annotation, Individual Deletes individual annotation tags after their selection with the cursor
	Delete part annotation, In rectangle This function deletes all annotations the insertion point of which lies within one or several rectangles. The actual deletion will only take place after a right-click. One distinguishes between: Tags with item numbers (Itemise part ) Tags with standard designations (Standard designation ) Other designation tags (Text with leader line ) and Text blocks. Define which tags are to be deleted by activating or deactivating the corresponding checkboxes. Confirm with OK.
	Delete part annotation, Part Deletes all annotation tags of the active part. The following options are available: Tags with Item numbers (Itemise part function) Tags with Standard designations (Standard designation function) Other designation tags (Text with leader line ) and Text blocks. Define which tags are to be deleted by activating or deactivating the corresponding checkboxes. Confirm with OK.
	Delete annotation, Drawing Deletes all annotation tags in the complete drawing. When you select the function, the Select tag dialogue window will be displayed.

Deletes individual annotation tags after their selection with the cursor
