Guarantee
Your introduction to the world of CAD/CAM and PDM/PLM will be accompanied by qualified customer care and a competent technical support. This also includes a 12 months warranty for the products that you purchase from ISD. Our in-house technology department guarantees that you also receive a comprehensive service concerning your hardware (the basis is provided by the warranties of our suppliers).

Software Maintenance Contract
When you purchase our software products you can also conclude a software maintenance contract, which allows you to benefit from regular software updates, new major releases and support from our Hotline. This will enable you to benefit directly and without delay from all new features and product enhancements. To enable our employees to help you more rapidly and effectively, you should have the following information available when calling our Hotline:
a brief description of your problem, including any error message displayed and the steps that caused the problem,
the technical details of the hardware that you use,
the current version of your operating system and the ISD product.
