E-Mails

Output > E-mails

The E-mails function group of the Output tab provides various options for the management of the HELiOS E-mail functionality.

Clicking the Configuration button displays the settings which can be defined by an administrator on the workstation for your HELiOS Desktop installation.

Log updates the recent mail processes of the HELiOS Mail Client.

A prerequisite for this is that the mail processing of the HELiOS Desktop has actually been activated by a click on the Client On/Off button. If a corresponding configuration of the Server and Client settings has been defined, the HELiOS Desktop can be used as a receiver of E-mails, which will be immediately saved to the database according to the predefined settings.

Selecting New message opens the window for a new E-mail of your E-mail client.
