Functions for the Active Document

The context menu for documents contains many editing and processing functions that you can access by right-clicking a document item in a search result list, a document item in the in the Document assignments tab of the active project, or the detail window of a document.

In the detail window of the document, most functions of the context menu can be found on the Ribbon. The context menus and the Ribbon menu are divided into the following areas: General , Assignments, Input and Output.

Please note:

• If you mark several documents in a list, the number of processing functions will be restricted.
• When you select a function, the pin symbol at the bottom left of the window indicates that other functions are blocked during data input. Use the Initialise function to delete all entries in the mask.
