Vault Server

The HELiOS Vault Server is an "electronic safe" for all documents in a company. The implementation of the Vault Server gurantees a safe storage of the HELiOS-managed documents, as an access is only possible if you have the corresponding access rights.

Another highlight of the Vault Servers is the saving of the complete modification history in the background, which enables a restoring of any intermediate revision state if required.

An additional option allows a controlled distribution of the documents among different locations. For instance, documents can immediately be saved from their central location to their intended destination.
