Office Interface: User Management

If an interface with HELiOS exists in Word, Excel or PowerPoint, you will find the Login button in the HELiOS menu on the left side.

Only after selecting this option and making the required settings in the dialogue window, you can start working with the database via your Office environment.

When you select the function, a dialogue window for user management, similar to the login mask of the HELiOS Desktop. In the Name field, select your login name. Specify an Active group and, optionally, the Active project (if required, choose project-independent).

If you want to switch the user, group or project, select the Switch user function in the pull-down menu of the Login function.
