Assign Links

Input > Links > Assignment

This menu item enables you to assign a selection of link types to every user. Open the Input tab and select Links > Assignment . When objects are linked, these settings will be evaluated.

Thus, during the entering of links only the link types will be offered which have been defined for the logged-on user. By default, all links are visible for all users, as hitherto.

In the upper area of the mask you can find selection boxes offering all possible EDB user types for the logged-on user, for which you can also specify settings without having to log on under a different name again.

The settings can be saved intermediately for every user via the Apply button.

If you are registered in the database as an Administrator, the Apply to all button will be active, enabling you to take over the specified setting for all members of the selected group.
