Delete Sheet (P+ID)

P+ID > P+ID Sheet > Delete sheet

If allowed, the active sheet is removed from the project.

You cannot immediately delete sheets containing superior symbols that have been assigned to symbols on a different sheet. You first need select a suitable function to remove the assignments.

When a sheet is deleted:

• If the sheet contains subordinate symbols that are as-signed to symbols on another sheet the assignment is removed, i.e. symbol data is appropriately modified.
• Symbol references from other sheets to the current sheet are deleted
• The path numbers of all following sheets are updated in accordance with predetermined values and the sheet position. All project references are automatically modified.
• Sheet files are deleted from the project (in the WORK directory).
