Show 3-D Part (P+ID)

P+ID > Symbol > Link to 3-D > Show 3-D Part

This function enables you to display the part belonging to the selected P+ID symbol, if you load a 3-D layout plan belonging to the current P+ID project for processing in another window and then switch to the P+ID.

Identify the symbol to which the required part is assigned with the cross-hairs.

HiCAD automatically switches to the layout plan window. The corresponding part is colour-marked.

Simultaneously, HiCAD displays a decision box with Cancel and Back buttons.

Select Cancel to return to the P+ID. If you select Back, HiCAD returns you to the P+ID containing the P+ID symbol.

If you select a pipeline symbol in the P+ID, all parts belonging to the pipeline are shown in the layout plan.
