The complete current list of attribute codes is contained in the ATTRCODE.DAT file in the HiCAD sub-directory ...\PID\ADMIN.

If the part data source is the HELiOS database, the assignment of attribute codes for attribute names used in the database is taken from the ATTRCODE.DAT file stored in the HiCAD sub-directory ...\PID\ADMIN. If you define a new attribute in the database and it should also be used in a P+ID BOM, specify a new attribute code and enter the assignment in this file.

Please note:

Notes on Attribute Code Structure:

'1' must be in the first position.
The second position indicates the length of the text filed reserved for this attribute code in blocks of up to 10 characters.

Example:

10009 -> 10 characters

140007 -> 40 characters

The number combination in positions three to six of the code must be unique, i.e. only exist once for attribute codes.

Example:

If the attribute code "130014" exists, then an attribute code "110014" must not exist.
