This formula returns any spatially oriented angles between beams (profiles).
Syntax: profile_angle(profile 1,profile_point 1,profile 2,profile_point 2)
Type of variable | Description | |
---|---|---|
1st parameter |
profile |
1st beam (profile) |
2nd parameter |
Real |
profile_point_1 (1-9) opens a plane epsilon_1 using the profile axis of the 1st profile and defines the orientation of the angle. |
3rd parameter |
beam (profile |
2nd profile |
4th parameter |
Real |
profile_point_2 (1-9) opens a plane epsilon_2 using the profile axis of the 2nd profile |
Return value |
Real |
Oriented angle in plane epsilon_1. |
alpha: Angle of the steel to plane E2 in plane E1
The beam is rotated about S in plane E1. Plane E1 is defined by means of direction vector Vx1 and beam point 2 of profile1. It is rotated until the beam lies in plane E2. The covered angle is the rotated angle alpha.
