Attach Z-Fold, Between 2 Points (3-D SM)

Sheet Metal > Attach > Flange > Z-fold, 2 points

Use the Z-fold, 2 points function to attach two contiguous sheets with relief groove creation. When you call the function, the input mask for the relief groove will be displayed first:

  1. Enter the dimensions of the relief groove and confirm with OK.

Then, the Z-fold input mask will be displayed.

  1. Click on the dimension schema.

A selection of different dimension schemas for Z-folds will be displayed. Via the dimension schema you select which dimensions you want to enter.

  1. Select a dimension schema.
  2. Enter the appropriate dimensions and confirm with OK.
  3. Identify the connecting edge.
  4. Identify the two points to limit the flange dimension.

The new sheets will be added, taking the current technology data into account.

You can use the right mouse button to change the Technology data before identifying the connecting edge.
