This function defines the article attributes that are automatically generated during identical part search/itemising. You can use various configurations for attribute assignment.
Once you have called the function, the Attribute configuration settings dialogue window is displayed
Load the desired configuration by selecting the relevant name in the Configuration list box and choose OK to exit the window.
This dialogue window also enables you to do the following:

The settings are only considered for identical part search and itemisation if the DB article master checkbox has been activated in the itemisation parameter settings.
To change an existing configuration, first select the relevant file in the Configuration list box.
The Insert, Delete and Edit functions are then available in the context menu for processing the configuration. You activate the context menu by right-clicking an entry in the attribute list.

You can use this function to add more attributes to the current configuration. To enable you to do this, the Process Attribute Templates dialogue window is displayed. To add an attribute, proceed as follows: 1. First, select the source type - Part Attributes or Article master – in the list box. 2. Under Attribute, select the attribute that you want to transfer by double-clicking it. The generation schema belonging to the attribute is then automatically entered into the relevant input field. 3. Next, select the HELiOS target attribute in the list box. 4. Choose OK to exit the window. 5. HiCAD displays the Attribute configuration settings window again. |
Delete |
To remove an attribute from a template, right-click the corresponding line and choose Delete in the context menu. |
Edit |
The current attribute entry is edited. As with inserting new attributes, the Edit Attribute Template window is displayed. |
To create a new configuration, proceed as follows:
The configurations are entered into the file WORKSHOPDAT.XML in the HiCAD SYS directory. Back this file up regularly!
To remove a configuration, simply click the Remove button.
The configuration is removed from the file WORKSHOPDAT.XML without any further confirmation prompt!
