The following functions enable you to generate any horizontal and vertical axes for a circle (circular arc) or a closed polyline between two points.

Function

Description

You use this function to generate a centre cross consisting of horizontal and vertical axis for a circle or for a closed polyline. Once the element has been identified, the centre cross is generated.

Pull-down menu Crosshairs

These functions enable you to generate the horizontal or vertical axis for a circle or a closed polyline. Identify the relevant element.

This function generates a connecting line by identifying two points.

This function enables you to generate an angle bisector.

  1. Specify the vertex (1).
  2. Specify a point on the 1st side and the 2nd side.
  3. Define the length of the angle bisector.

The angle bisector (2) is generated in both directions in the specified length. If you activate the right mouse button instead of the length, you can define the end point of the angle bisector graphically. The angle bisector is then only generated in the identified direction.

This function generates the line bisector of a graphical element.

  1. Identify the relevant line (1).
  2. Specify the length of the line bisector.

The length of the line bisector (2) is generated in both directions from the midpoint of the line. If you activate the right mouse button instead of the length, you can define the end point of the line bisector graphically. The line bisector is then only generated in the identified direction.
