Settings (2-D)

2-D Geometry > Draw > Polyline > Settings...

The Settings sub-menu of the Line function group provides functions for the changing of line type, line colour and layer. The changes affect all newly created 2-D geometry functions (e.g. polylines, polygon, circle, arc, parallel, tangent). When you end HiCAD, the default values are re-activated.

Function	Description
	New	This function enables you to set the individual line parameters like: line type, line colour and layer. Choose OK to confirm once you have selected the parameters.
	Same as reference line	You use this function to apply the parameters of an already existing line. Identify the reference line. Continue drawing the polyline with the new parameters.
	Default	You use this function to restore the basic setting.
