Synchronize Tables

If you are working with tables from various users, you can synchronize your catalogues and those of the other users. This can be useful if records are used there which do not exist in your table and the data records of which you would like to take over.

Proceed as follows:

1. Save the table from which you want to transfer data, to a different folder than your original table.
2. Start the Catalogue Editor.
3. Activate your table.
4. In the Extras menu, select Table > AutoSync.
5. The Catalogue Editor will then prompt you to select the reference table, i.e. the table from which you want to transfer data.

All data sets of the reference file, which do not yet exist in your file will be transferred to your table.
