The BOM-relevance in bolting and riveting sets (i.e. the components of a bolting or a riveting) can be configured individually.
For this purpose, a new column called SET is available in the corresponding bolts tables. The BOM-relevance of the individual components is controlled via the string
text\#BR#n1,n2,n3,n4,n5,n6,n7.
text |
The text preceding the \ character will be placed at the start of the Article number $BB, e.g. "Garnitur" (German for "Set"). If no text is required, the string can begin with \#BR# |
\#BR# |
ID for configurable BOM-relevance |
|
The ID \#BR# is followed by 7 numbers, which determine whether the corresponding part is BOM-relevant or not. The numbers have either the value 0 (not BOM-relevant) or 1 (BOM-relevant). |
n1 |
Bolts |
n2 |
1st washer, top |
n3 |
2nd washer, top |
n4 |
1st washer, bottom |
n5 |
2nd washer, bottom |
n6 |
Nut |
n7 |
Counter nut |
If, for example, the bolt and the 1st washer, top are to be BOM-relevant and the text "Garnitur" is to be used, the string must read as follows:
Garnitur\#BR#1,1,0,0,0,0,0
Example:
In the Fasteners > Bolts+Screws > Square head bolts catalogue, the SET column for the table DIN 480 has been changed as shown below:
After saving and closing of the table, these settings will be considered in HiCAD when you insert boltings or rivetings into your drawing.
In the image below, a bolting with the above table has been inserted.
(1) Predefined ISD settings without SET column,
(2) SET column with string Garnitur\#BR#1,0,0,0,0,0,0, i.e. only the bolt is BOM-relevant
(3) SET column with string Garnitur\#BR#1,1,0,0,0,0,0, i.e. the bolt and the 1st washer, top are BOM-relevant
