Requirements

The requirements for the creation of an interface between HELiOS and AutoCAD are as follows:

• Microsoft SQL Server; supported are version from MS SQL Server 2000 onwards
• a current version of the HELiOS Desktop
• the HELIOS Vault Server
• AutoCAD 2011, 2012, 2013 or 2016.

The interface will only function properly if the Bit versions of HELiOS and AutoCAD are identical. Interfaces between a 32Bit and a 64Bit Version are not possible.

All AutoCAD versions from AutoCAD 2011 onwards are supported. However, please note that only Versions 2012 and 2013 can be installed automatically. If you want to use an interface between AutoCAD 2011 and HELiOS, please contact our Consulting team, as this interface needs to be implemented manually.
