a software maintenance contract, which allows you to benefit from regular software updates, new major releases and support from our Hotline. This
will enable you to benefit directly and without delay from all new features and product
enhancements. To enable our employees to help you more
rapidly and effectively, you should have the following information
available when calling our Hotline:
a brief description
of your problem, including any error message displayed and the steps that
caused the problem,
the technical details of the
hardware that you use,
the current version of
your operating system and the ISD product.
