Even after system implementation, the ISD support team will ensure a competent support of its customers that the customer will be competently supported. Support is available over the phone, via fax, E-mail or the Internet. If there are issues that cannot be solved in this way, the ISD will send you an employee who will solve the problem directly on site if required.

The Call Centre and the Hotline are available from Monday to Thursday between 8 am and 5 pm, and on Friday between 8 am and 3 pm.

If all telephone lines are busy, a voicemail system will be activated, enabling you to leave a message. One of our staff will then call you back without delay. Should a line become available while your message is being recorded, we will connect you immediately. Our goal is to find a solution to your problem as quickly as possible, and inform you over the phone or by E-mail as soon as the problem has been solved.

In cases where your problem cannot be solved immediately, we will call you back as soon as the root cause has been clarified. If required, our Hotline will be assisted by our Development department to solve the problem.
