Activating the Redlining Indication

If you want existing redlinings for documents to be indicated by the icon in result lists of the HELiOS Desktop, proceed as follows:

• Start the Attribute Editor
• In the Create user-defined attributes field, click Document, and create a new attribute, "ICON_ANNOTATION". You can then close the Attribute Editor.
• Now call the Mask Editor.
• In the Areas field, select Document masks, in the Masks field, click dokuergebnislisteusr.msk.
• In the following menu, select Edit > New > Data field, then enter "ICON_ANNOTATION" in the Attribute field, and click Next....
• In the next window, enter a caption (e.g. "MarkUp") and a field length (here a field length of 32 would suffice for the selected caption to be displayed in its entire length).
• Move the mask element in the Editor with Drag&Drop to the desired position (e.g. the 2nd position from the left, as shown in the screenshot below). Save and close the Mask Editor.

You can change field size and caption subsequently by double-clicking the element in the Editor.

If a redlining document exists for a document, this will be indicated in the result lists by the icon in the MarkUp column.

Please note:

This procedure refers to the part of the GUI that is still operated with the older technology. In the new result lists of HELiOS 2014 the Redling display can be activated via virtual attributes in the GUI configuration.
