EDBSETUP.EXE > User

The User function can be found in the menu bar of the HELiOS Configuration in the program EDBSETUP.EXE.

Here you can define Groups and Users, their classification and their rights. HELiOS compares Users and Groups with the entries in the login mask when starting HELiOS Desktop. The rights granted to the user in this mask have an influence on HiCAD, too. If, for example, the user has only read permission, any attempt to edit a drawing would be rejected.
