3-D Standard > HCM > Tools > Orientation
The Orientation is always a supplement to an
existing constraint. For example, it can be specified as a supplement to
a Coincidence or Parallelism
constraint.
When assigning a Parallelism constraint between two lines, you can specify whether the lines in question are to run in the same direction or in opposite directions:
As
a line does not allow the direction to be directly identified, HiCAD displays
the current position of the two geometries in relation to one another
when assigning an orientation constraint.
