Delete Part (3-D)

Drawing > Delete > Delete objects

The following options for the deletion of 3-D parts are available:

• Select the Delete objects function on the Drawing tab. If you click the icon, the the main function, Delete objects, will be activated and you can select the objects you want to delete in the drawing. Clicking below the icon opens a pull-down menu with further deletion functions, enabling you to delete specific object types, such as dimensionings, texts, hatchings or fillets.

HiCAD switches to the 'Delete' mode. This mode is indicated by a different cursor representation: Next to the cursor, the 'Delete' symbol is displayed. In this mode you can select the parts you want to delete one after another. You end the 'Delete' mode with ESC.

• Use the cursor to select the part you want to delete, then right-click to open the context menu and select the Delete function.
• Select the part you want to delete in the ICN. Press the DEL key or open the context menu with a right-click and select the Delete function.
