Move + Rotate Beams (3-D SE)

This function moves and rotates a beam by specifying three points.

1. Identify the beam.
2. Define the fix point (1) for the rotation.
3. Specify the start point of the translation (source point) and the new position of this point (end point).

The beam is rotated about the fix point so that the source point (2) lies in the target point (3). The length of the beam is adjusted accordingly, with the trim angle being preserved.
