Fitting Point (P+ID)

P+ID Symbol > Connection > Fitting point

This function enables you to create a fitting point on a symbol or move an existing one to a new position.

The fitting point of a symbol is the point indicated on the intersection point of the cross-hairs when a symbol is inserted or transformed. If the symbol has a connecting point, the fitting point should always be placed on it.

When you select the required position with the cross-hairs, the fitting point is indicated by a small circle. This circle is retained until the graphic is re-drawn.
