Attach Flange from Solid (3-D SM)

Sheet Metal > Attach > Flange > Flange from solid

This function enables you to generate a sheet part as a flange from a 3-D body. The prerequisite is for the 3-D part to have the same thickness as the sheet.

1. Specify an edge of the basic sheet.
2. Select the part which you would like to add as a flange. You can select any number of parts to assign to the basic sheet as a flange.

Next, you can use the 3-D Transform function to add the flange to the basic sheet.
