Close Corner, Percental (3-D SM)

Sheet Metal > Process corner > Closed > Percental

The Close corner (percental), bend zone free function enables you to specify the extension (or reduction) of a sheet relative to the sheet thickness. If you have chosen the Close corner(percental), bend zone closed function, the bend zone is also lengthened.

  1. Choose the percentage (0.0 to 1.0 of the sheet thickness).
  2. Identify the front edges of both sheets.

(1) Percental: 0.5 x of the sheet thickness
