Use the functions of the Open menu to load drawings that have been saved to the database.

The following functions are available:
The current BIM status of a drawing is indicated by appropriate symbols in the ICN.
PDM > Drawing > Open 
Use this function to load a drawing that has been saved to the database via selection of your part master or document master. When you call this function, the Combi-Search dialogue window will be displayed.
Enter the required search criteria and select the desired drawing in the result list. Click Apply to open the file.
PDM > Drawing > Open > Without HELiOS, Explorer 
When you select this function, the drawing will not be loaded from the HELiOS database, but via the Explorer.
These drawings can also be managed via HELiOS subsequently. To do this, activate the project to which the drawing is assigned, and save the drawing with part master.
