Point options are used for the creation, identification and positioning of parts. They can be regarded as sub-functions of all other functions. To activate a point, you first need to call a function which requires an object identification or a point specification.

The last point is always the point that was determined last within a
function. It is marked on the screen by means of a cross and can immediately
be applied as an auxiliary point for other point options using the Last point L point option.
Furthermore, the Last point L option is automatically used as a reference point for many point options. If this point does not exist, HiCAD asks you to specify a reference point instead.
