Keyboard Layout

Various functions can be called both in the drawing and in the ICN directly via the numeric keypad of the keyboard or with specific shortcuts.

CTRL + H	Call Script Editor
Ctrl + K	Move 3-D coordinate system display (see F3)
Ctrl + N	Create new drawing
Ctrl + O	Open (Load) drawing
Ctrl + P	Print
Ctrl + S	Save drawing
Ctrl + Z	UNDO
Ctrl + ⇧ + Z	REDO
Ctrl + 6	Variables store
Ctrl + 7	Create macro
Ctrl + 8	Call macro
Ctrl + Alt + W	Save area/copy to clipboard
CTRL + MMB	Move detail
⇧ + LMB	Zoom by moving the mouse
0	3-D processing plane
1	Show only active part
2	Show all parts
3	Standard axonometric projection
7	Glass model
8	Shaded without edges

MMB = middle mouse button/mouse wheel; LMB = left mouse button

Buttons 0 to 8 are mere macro calls. They are available in this form only if macros (0.MAC, 1.MAC, ...) with the same names do not already exist in the sys directory of the HiCAD installation.
