Edit Symbols (PE)

Plant Engineering > Part Tools > Exchange > Symbol Editor

To edit existing symbols, proceed as follows:

In the symbol overview, right-click on the symbol you want to edit and select the -> Take over symbol to drawing option from the context menu.
Specify the position of the symbol in the drawing.
Carry out the required modifications.
When you have completed the processing, activate the Symbol Editor context menu by right-clicking the symbol name in the symbol overview.
Select the <- Create symbol from drawing function
