The "Isometry" Tab (Iso)

Isometry

The Isometry functions are different for the drawing and for the layout plan. The isometry functions for the layout plan are contained in the Isometry function group of the Plant Engineering tab, the functions for the drawing can be found on the Isometry tab.

This tab consists of the following function groups:

Create	Auto-generate isometry
Settings	Settings for pipeline isometries Display/Change connection information Specify/Cancel the spreading of isometries over several sheets
Finishing	Add/Remove isometry elements Update the isometry Exchange item numbers
Symbols	Set/Remove insulation symbols Set/Delete downgrade symbols Specify flow directions within pipeline strings
Delete	Delete down-grade symbols
Text objects	Edit text objects assigned to an isometry Create user-defined text objects
Edit lists	Edit lists Switch between symbolic and solid body representation Hide/Show dimensionings
Documents	Show the layout plan belonging to a pipeline isometry
